The Tampines Street 11 project has 240 community care apartments, the first in Tampines, and 90 four-room flats, for older residents who want to stay in the town. Including this exercise, at least 15,600 BTO flats are due in 2027, after 19,723 launched in 2025 and 19,608 in 2026.
